Thank you. I have however managed to get the common Arduino library UTFT ( ) work by using code bits from a port to HX8340B_8 display on MSP430FR5739 ( ). Here is a bad laptop-camera picture of my new DIY ST7735 LCD shield MSP430FR5969 :
