Hi,
If your IC burns out, then don't replace it again and again. It means your circuit design is the problem. Do your research. There are lots of tutorials in the internet on how to interface stepper motor to MSP430. Also, post your schematic diagram so others can review it.
I see you have several posts regarding interfacing stepper motor. Just stick to one.
