Bruce, Would you have a few minutes for a call to explain a few things? (719-502-1675) I am just stuck where I do not under stand the Tech Ref Manual terminology where signals/pins are selected. Can you please explain to me how or where in the Technical Ref Manual, the C_1 pin gets mapped for the count advance selection? I thought CCCTL_01[0] applied to the first capture register and CCCTL_01[1] to the second, but are you saying CCCTL_01[1].ACOND applies its advance condition to the counter? That is not clear from the Ref Man. I guess I do not understand the difference, then, between the ACOND function in the CCTL_01[0] reg and the CTRCTL.CAC unless the CAC maps to the CCCTL.ACOND but still don't see when C_1 pin is selected.
