Hello Seungeun, The ERRORSTS pin stays in a tri-state until the chip's power rails hit the lower operational limit. Since the ERRORSTS pin is active-low by default, if you want to keep an eye on its state during power-up, you should add an external pull-down. Also, the ERRORSTS pin in the F28003 series isn't configurable (it’s set to active-low), so using an external pull-down is the way to go. Best Regards, Masoud
