Hello Jay, I really appreciate the amount of detail you provided! For the first issue, I see the same problem on my end. I have communicated the problem to out Code Composer Studio team. In the meantime, please import projects from the SDK instead of creating projects through the project wizard. For the second concern, OAD example projects are not flashed using CCS. Instead, the projects are altered, and built in CCS, then flashed via Uniflash at a specific memory address. Please reference the OAD SimpleLink Academy for more information.
