Hi Vanessa, Unfortunately I don't think you cannot use the 5V open drain pins to create a 5V PWM output, but you could potentially use a 5V rail with a 3.3V PWM output controlling a FET to create a simple level shifter for your 5V PWM output. If you are wanting to output a 5V PWM, I think this is probably the most simplistic approach, but I don't see a way to do that just using the 5V tolerant open drain pins. -Brian
