Shouldn't this bug be posted at the top of the Code Composer forum. Also, shouldn't there be a note (i.e. IMPORTANT:....) in the CCSv6 wiki (i.e. processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Category:Code_Composer_Studio_v6) .
