There are too many errors when I try. that is, I would like to add the header file (.h) and source file (.c) in the controlsuite (F2806x_common and F2806x_headers) to the motorware . Should I put it in C:\ti\ motorware \motorware_1_01_00_18\sw\modules? Should I put it in C:\ti\ motorware \motorware_1_01_00_18\sw\drivers? Should I put it in C:\ti\ motorware \motorware_1_01_00_18\sw\solutions?

Part Number: EVM430-F6736 Hi all, I have using EVM430F6736 development board. In this board at serial communication, the connection between the board to PC using Rs232 to RS232. I doesn't set the AC setup... I just powered the board by DC supply because of for serial communication, MCU need only DC supply...when I Powered the board, Comm part of GUI doesn't turn green.. still it become red on comm part. 1.How to get the green on Comm Part at GUI?? is any problem i made for the connection?? I'm using the firmware SLAA517.. but in this calibration.exe file isn't open on my PC ( windows 10).. but it opened on windows 7 PC.. Hello Canbey, there is a technical reason for the difference in the values. This relates to the measurement method and conditions with mutual capacitance, where the values of the typical sensors/electrodes are in a different capacitance range, and also related to the fact that with mutual capacitance you need some self capacitance at the RX electrode, to be able to use the charge transfer with the TX-RX approach. The respective definitions for the reference capacitors can be found also in our libraries. Best regards Peter

Hi Lorenzo, there is a bug with the respective device and the BSL implementation. Due to a change in the BSL, the feature supporting reopening of the JTAG, which has been locked before is not working. Means once you have locked the JTAG, you cannot re-open it using the BSL communication. So addressing your questions: The JTAG is open with a non-programmed device from factory, and remains open, until you close it by intention. After that, with the affected devices, like with the MSP430F5359 , it cannot be re-opened by TI's integrated BSL. Best regards Peter

I have an update. I have tried to change the init sequence according to some random code that I have found on these forums. The link up time is now roughly 10 seconds. This doesn't make much sense to me as I am deviating from what datasheet specifies as correct PHY configuration sequence. Nevertheless 10 seconds is still 2,5 times the time that IEEE 802.3 allows. Hi, The CCS itself has some static analysis checks like MISRA C. You can navigate to project properties -> Build -> C2000 compiler -> Advanced options -> MISRA C 2004. You can enable the necessary rules and the they will be checked during compilation. There are other 3rd party tools like LDRA, Klockworks etc being used for static analysis. Regards, Veena
