No errors, no conflicts. Enable clock tree and this error pops up. Above comments do not resolve resolve the issue. Regards, Eugene

Yes if i load the code through the debugger after i connect to target(CM) it works ,then without changing anything i turn it into an array(Using arm hex) and load through "IPC msg ram copy boot" it wont work for some reason, the same code not using functions works.

Import project "gpio_input_interrupt" can reproduce the issue: Config as show in the below pictures, and running failed: Board_gpioInit()->Sciclient_gpioIrqSet()->Sciclient_rmIrqSet() (Line142) failed. Modify gpios to C13/AA11 is OK, so why? Can't use two GPIO0 as interrupt mode?

Hello, These two threads are not relevant as I'm not using SFO (lab conditions), and using a down-count (not up-down). I have changed the EPWM clock from 200 MHz to 100 MHz, and the "saturation limit" of the MEP steps is about 40 (instead of 8-9 when working at 200 MHz). Does this help identify the problem? Is there an example using HR phase shift? Cheers, Bryon

Which project are you interested in? My procedure: (a) imported directly from the .zip (b) noted the behavior (c) set the pullup (first in Registers, then in sysconfig) and noted the behavior (d) re-imported directly from the .zip (e) repeated step (b). Step (d) was to make sure I didn't stick my elbow into something else. I've attached before/after copies of the .syscfg. "diff -w" indicates that the only difference is the PULL_UP line. I used CCS v12.6.0 (Sysconfig 1.21.0). I suppose it's possible there's a difference between the versions, but -- due respect -- it's easier to suspect something procedural. /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/908/gpio_5F00_software_5F00_poll_2D00_orig.syscfg.txt /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/908/gpio_5F00_software_5F00_poll_2D00_pu.syscfg.txt

Hi Gus, Right, do see DC-DC converter. Note TP3 (CS_HV) no electrolytic capacitor filtering HV pulse/s diving DC pulses below ground during surge condition flyback T1 with DC battery source derived AC line powered M1-M2. Anyway, odd part of above captures PWM1/2-A/B signal above scope captures (duty cycle) PWM-A not so much B reduced or inverted or visa-versa. Why did other arbitrary channels remain at 50% duty cycle if CMPSS configured analog MUX could drive 4 PWM DAC channels? Would it not be prudent to do a CBC current limit on all four PWM channels driving phase shifted zero switched Full Bridge? Why not CMPSS set to trip High, inverted output matching DCAL, DCBL multiple combination trips? Seemingly configuration below delays async trip events >50µs @20KHz next PWM switching cycle, deadband band generator suspected. Perhaps adding MOV across AC power line inputs M1 & M2 could reduce line transients. Suggest scope TP3 see what is going on in HV_FB during disturbance. Note customer urgency, TIDI-2000 module is not to be resold and or used in any part of consumer devices. Example software provided as is, may require debugging and or modification to fine tune device operation to the satisfaction of the developer. Forum Post: MSP432E401Y: Calling a 'c' function from assembly code

Part Number: MSP432E401Y Tool/software: Hi, I have an application that starts by initializing most functions in a 'c' program then goes into assembly code for most functionality after that. The application operates at remote sites and communicates over LTE modems periodically to a central office. The modem is kept powered off most of the time to save energy and the application powers the modem up on a preset schedule to communicate with the central office. My customer recently started using a new Netgear LM 1300 LTE modem and it turns out that this modem needs to have the DHCP connection re-initialized every time it is powered up. The DHCP connection is initialized in the 'c' program with this instruction: lwIPInit(g_ui32SysClock, pui8MACArray, 0, 0, 0, IPADDR_USE_DHCP); So I need to call this function from inside my assembly code after the LTE modem is powered up. Can someone please tell me how I can call this function from inside my assembly code? I've tried a number of different things and so far nothing has worked. Thank you, Brad McMillan

Hello Allison, thank you for your response. I think I will try both a C-Code implementation and Matlab. I would like to use the example “Generate Motor Control Models for Selected Algorithm and Hardware” because I didn’t find another that matches the F28P65. I could also use the F28379 for example. For the F28379 I found this, https://de.mathworks.com/help/mcb/gs/foc-pmsm-using-quadrature-encoder.html . I think I could get I work with “Generate Motor Control Models for Selected Algorithm and Hardware”, is there any detailed documentation? Which example would you suggest? Do you have any examples of a SinCos Encoder implementation for Simulink? I didn’t find any. Are in these examples only two currents measured? Is it somehow possible to change this to three currents? And how is the execution speed of the application? Best regards, Daniel

Hello Ti, I have an additional question, I looked a bit at the SinCos Library, I saw the this requires an index pin, but my sensor does not have any. So, I think, I can’t use it right? What would you suggest in this case for the implementation? The sensor used in my motor does have an offset, so the POSMGR does not make any sense I think, I will build my own preprocessing circuit. And sensor only provides sine and cosine with and common ground. I’ve never worked with these kinds of sensors, do you have any hints for the implementation, like errors in amplitude or something? I saw that the QEP can be combined with the SinCos Encoder, is this only for speed measurements or are there other advantages? (In the case I have no index signal) Best regards, Daniel

Hi Paula, I've used your advice - " default_sbl_null.cfg", and now I run (with debugger) two "Hello World" on two cores with some shared variables. Many Thanks ! My next step is to use the "tcp server" example on both cores . The first will use the "phy" and the second core should IPC with the first over TCP connection in the shared ram. How is best to start ? Is there such an example ? How to manipulate the TCP to put the packets on the shared ram instead of sending via "phy" ? Thanks, Best Regards, Eli
