Hi, the official page does not list the version you are looking for, link: software-dl.ti.com/.../download.htm However, you can use CCS menu Help -> Install Code Generation Compiler Tools... then uncheck "Show only the latest versions of available software" and you would be able to install the version you were asking for. I have checked that.
