Forum Post: CCS/EK-TM4C123GXL: Query regarding support of "mbed" library for the ARM Cortex based tm4c123gh6pm

Part Number: EK-TM4C123GXL Tool/software: Code Composer Studio Hello. I am trying to interface the EK-TM4C123GH6PM with the SPO2 sensor breakout board (MAX30102), which supports I2C communication. The manufacturers (MAXIM INTEGRATED), were kind enough to provide a reference design (just like TI), and the software files related to it (unlike TI). But the code provided was written using mbed platform. Even though the code is written in C, for compiling it for the TIVA LAUNCHPAD, I imported the code into CCS only to observe that I had to add the "mbed.h" header file. As this file had numerous other file dependencies, I am in trouble. Please help me by answering the following queries. 1> Is whatever I have done correct ? I mean, is it possible to compile the mbed codes in CCS for the TIVA LAUNCHPAD (I don't think so) 2>Do I have to write the entire code myself (by referring to the datasheet of the sensor), to use the I2C communication?
