Benjamin, You need to program 3:0 field of Zx_PSWDLOCK location in OTP with value other than 0xF to lock the password. This feature is provided for user to have access to password even when device is secure so that incase they accidently program the password, they can check the password value and unlock the zone. Once Zx_PSWDLOCK location in OTP is programmed, passwords are not visible anymore. Following is snapshot from device TRM - Regards, Vivek Singh
