Hi Kwang, Do you mean that the eZ-FET has hardware issue as I listed on 2# of previous reply? Could you share me the checking result for my comments of 2#? If you make sure the hardware is broken, you could do the replacement by follow method: 1. If you have another MSP430 Launchpad, you can jump the eZ-FET of another Launchpad to the FR6989 circuit by the SBW_RST/SBW_TST/3V3/GND on J101. You could also use a MSP-FET to jump to the FR6989 Launchpad if you have one. 2. If you only have this broken Launchpad, please contact the seller, you could contact TI customer service center if you bought from TI, to check if they can change a new one for you.
