Using memory watch window, can you tell us the values @ following address locations on Master (Cortex-M3) sub-system.
0x681000
0x200000 to 0x20000C
0x2FFFF0 to 0x2FFFFC
And values @ following address locations on Control (C28x) sub-system.
0x13FFF8 to 0x13FFFE
