Hello Atul, How are you testing these devices? Are you using a target socket board? If not, are you ensuring that all the proper capacitors and other required external components mentioned in the datasheet are connected? For example, many of our parts require an external capacitor on the VCORE pin to operate correctly. If the supply voltage is having issues, then the memory verification failures don't surprise me.
