Sharath, Can you comment on the part number of the Piccolo MCU you are using? Since you reference ECC I think this is either F28075 of F28004x device. It will be good to have this confirmation. Are you single stepping when the single bit error is generated, or running the code? The ISR will not get fetched if you are single stepping through the code, must perform a run while the correct flags are set. Finally, you can also try an example in C2000 Ware that includes ISRs, to make sure all the same steps are followed in your code. There are additional global ISR enables, at the CPU level that also need to be set. Best, Matthew
