Forum Post: Incorrect temperature statistics on the Stepper RDK's GUI

Hello,

         I am using the RDK GUI that comes with the Stepper RDK on a Windows 7 system.

The Stepper RDK consists of:

•    Stepper motor control board (that has LM3S617 microcontroller, FAN73832 HVIC driver, FDMS3672 MOSFET)
•    NEMA 23 stepper motor
•    Accompanying cables, documents, RDK GUI, power supply

  While using the RDK GUI, I notice that the temperature recorded in the statistics area of the window is incorrect and keeps fluctuating unreasonably. I have attached a screenshot of the window here. Would anyone please tell me what the problem is and how to fix it. The motor seems to be running well otherwise and is at room temperature.
