You should know that use of "immediately or urgent" - in such a forum environment - most always achieves the opposite. Why should your post receive "priority" handling above all others? And - are not you/your group responsible for such delay? Such words almost come across as a, "command" - not ideal when you are seeking "free" assistance in resolving issues which your singular methods/handlings may have caused...
Surely - if "bulk production" was imminent - local/regional vendor rep. would be aware and that is a far better means to, "speed your call for quick assistance."
