Hi Cash, Thanks for responding. I run my own firewall and I can assure you that the response I copied above came from your server and not our firewall. I encourage you to take a minute and google the problem you will learn that your server believes that I am using a "scraper" to gather data/pages from your web site and has therefore blocked my IP address from access. This has NOTHING to do with our internal firewall and EVERYTHING to do with YOUR firewall. Please forward this to the people that run your servers/web sites. This is a TI problem and NOT a OmniSense problem. I can not design your products into our products if I cant get to the support web site. If I can't get support them I wont buy them. Its that simple. Now please provide real support as if I am a valued customer. Note that the problem has mysteriously gone away as I can once again access this forum from our office IP address. I have noticed that it only seems to happen in the evenings EST.
