Hi Switch, According to your requirements, you need 20 GPIO+ 4 IIC IO = 24 IO PIN. Then I recommend QFN32 package which is 5mm*5mm. For the current device family,The MSPM0L1306 is best choice, and it is RTM already. MSPM0L1106 will be more cost-effective, while it only contains 1 IIC interface. Meanwhile, we do have more family device in this year, which also include several good device for your application.
