Hey Vinay, Figure 2.2 of the MSP430 Hardware Tool's user guide shows the recommended programming connections for 2 wire SBW programming of MSP430G2xx devices. I would say that at a minimum, you would need SBWTCK (TEST), SBWTDIO (/RST), GND, and VDD connected. VDD can either be supplied by the programmer or supplied on the board, but the MSP430 will need to be power to be programmed. TEST/VPP connection that you see here is used for physically blowing the JTAG security fuse, so that's only necessary if you are trying to do that. Thanks, JD
