I haven't looked at any signals. I'm trying to install the latest C2Prog, but ran into internal IT constraints, so waiting for that to get resolved. We do have a new PC, but it's been in place for a year now. I did change the USB-RS485 converter, but only because we were getting this issue. When I changed the device the error seemed to disappear, but recently came back. I switched from Black Box Model IC831A to Ulinx Model 485USB9F-4W. I will respond to any findings of signal monitoring or the new install.
