In that motor running perfectly without any problem but our application requires less than 1rpm variation in set speed. also i have to acheive set speed as soon as possible. so i'm trying to change PID values(Kp,Ki). if set Ki values higher my motor ramps quikly but rpm variation from set point is more than 10 rpm. if i reduce Ki value motor is maintaing the set speed but ramps very slowly. can you please suggest any solution to solve this case. is it possible to change the Kp,Ki values while running the motor? if possible suggest any method to change values dynamically.
