My customer is considering MSPM0 and Renesas RL78. Cost is better MSPM0. However low power mode that SRAM holding state is more low^power RL78 than MSPM0. I believe RL78 is pure-5V MCU, so it can not comparate "µA" spec simply. Thus I compare same spec. It will same(RL78 is better) when I change to "mW" dimention. So I wonder if MSPM0 1.8V operetion can win RL78?? (I believe ALU voltage is 1.2V or 1.1V, So if 1.8V operation will lower internal LDO loss current) Best regards, GR
