Hi Hang, If these are two completely separate PWMs modules, can the customer offset the PWM counters at the start so that they are able to use CMPAU and CMPAD as action qualifiers for both PWM modules instead of PRD and ZERO? Also, when is the ISR occurring? If it is occurring at a specific known time (e.g. EPWM interrupt happening every CTR = 0), and you know how long the ISR takes, you can determine if both will be updated (shadowed) before the next shadow-to-active load event.
