I tried with an example from the SDK and I see the same issue with SysConfig 1.20. SysConfig 1.19 (and earlier) works. In the General -> Products tab, see if there is a SysConfig entry. If not, then use the Add button to add one. Then you the dropdown to select the desired version. Note that for the desired version to be availabe, CCS must have discovered it already.
