I think it would be best for a group of TI engineers or TI technicians to identify data that is unique to each microprocessor and data that is transferable. The reduce the scope of the data that can be transferred, the only data that I am interested in is data that can affect the functional operation of the microprocessor. This is why the question was posed about the uniqueness of the oscillator and references voltages. It is my belief that at least one TI engineer attempted to answer the questions which I am posing at this post. The question is fundamental in nature and inherent to any microprocessor troubleshooting method.
