The computer used previously died so I'm now working with a new computer and downloaded the latest Keil uVision V5.29.0.0. I looked up my old notes and found reference to uVision V5.28.0.0 so that may be the problem. I'll try to contact Keil support to resolve this issue. Thanks for the tip Gilbert Gagne
