Hi Chen, The circuit has been started to work in close loop voltage control. The change, which I did 1. Separated Analog and Digital ground of F28035 experimental kit to avoid freezing. Changes made in CCS programme to make the circuit work on 40kHz instead of 200kHz 1. Decreased the Bus slew rate in CCS program. 2. Added NTC in series of Line and neutral of hardware circuit 3. Changed calibration of current sensor in CCS. But still, I am facing below mentioned problems, Kindly advice 1Prob. It starts the boost action at AC 120V and we achieve the regulated voltage, However, the Regulated DC voltage vibrates( oscillation of Output voltage with inductor sound)) and as we increase the input AC voltage further, the vibration increases more with poor Power Factor Power. We have used the compensator COMPV2( designed for steady-state) and COMPI1. Probable reasons: a. Either Inductor current is not sensed properly b. The compensator is designed for 200Khz, So have Higher BW, and not suitable for 40kHz application and causes fast transition not stable at 40kHz. c. The output capacitor is not sufficient, a larger capacitor might be required. 2Prob. As we increase the load current, again CCS freezes Probable reasons: a. As the analog ground is common for sensing the inductor current and DC output voltage, so at high current, noise at ADC pin increases and causes the freezing of CCS.
