The unit is A/(krpm/s), it's not the traditional unit for inertia and friction using Kg*m^2 or lb*sec^2, but it's proportional to the unit Kf*m^2. It's scaled in the A/(krpm/s) unit based on the motor can produce torque. You may find more description of this topic in Chapter 7 of InstaSPIN user's guide (SPRUHJ1H).
