Hello, The device configurations in the HALCoGen file are different from what you described. The PLL is 300MHz, the SCI3 baudrate is 9606. To get 2Mbps baudrate, you can adjust PLL, or use fractional divider (M field of BRSR register, but only for SCI1 and SCI2) When you probe the SCI TX pin to measure the baudrate, please be aware of that the SCI uses standard Non-Return-to-Zero (NRZ) format. If you treat the signal as RZ, the frequency is halfed.
